Pediatric defibrillator electrodes for the AED Plus® defibrillator enable the defibrillator to deliver the appropriate energy. Pedi-padz II electrodes are designed especially for use with the AED Plus, and are also compatible with professional defibrillators, allowing continuity of care.
Description
ZOLL’s unique intelligent pediatric capability is built into the AED Plus. Pedi-padz II electrodes are designed for patients under the age of 8 or under 55 pounds. The defibrillator (AED) can sense when pediatric electrodes are attached and switch from an adult to a pediatric ECG analysis algorithm. The Pedi-padz II electrodes have a two-year shelf life.
